Perseverence pays........

Purity, Perseverence and patience..... the three Pillars of success. That's what Godmen say, I never realized it throughout my 47 years of life....... I thot they were all words to be spoken and heard. It never happens . But today I understood . I remember that day clearly. It was 2nd day of January, 2008 and our Dean, Prof.Dato' Dr. Khairul Anuar was taking me around the building of BlockA, of Millenium Court, no MAHSA University College, Faculty of medicine. We were on the level 7 when he asked me: "Prof, where would you like to have your Physiology Lab?" I looked around , up and down, and promptly replied, "there!". That was Level 5 opposite to the already established Clinical Skills Lab! Many accuse me of being very impatient in making statements or comments, but then that's how I am! I am vocal, impulsive and just speak out what I want or what I feel. But Dato' said : Sorry Prof , that belongs to Physiotherapy department, you have to look for some other space. I felt depressed but didnt say anything, quite contrary to my nature. After that we were given a space for our Powerlab in the Basement in the Anatomy Laboratory, which I never liked. Somehow I managed to shift that to Level 5 Clinical Skills but still felt like "staying in a rented house", though Dr. Hakimi was a gem of a person. Since then until today................ and finally  ..............  it happened.......... we got our Lab....... at the same place where I wanted.....
Thanks to Dato' Haniffa and Dato' Khairul and also all my staff, I felt so happy seeing them all smiling together
